Bobbles – Japanese version
This tidy little 3-stitch bobble is found in many Japanese patterns. It uses the Central Double Decrease at its conclusion for a neat appearance. Try it and compare to other bobbles – this may become your new favorite!
Japanese Short Row Heel
The Japanese Short Row Heel is similar to a standard short row heel, but I find the result tidier and easier to construct. Pins are used in place of the usual wrap and turn. Give it a try!
PKOK – Pass, Knit, Yarn Over, Knit
This lovely stitch is found in many patterns, but I just love when it is executed Japanese-style! I demonstrate this method here for both Western and Continental knitters.
