Thank you for this video. I admit I was stumped reading the text instructions. This video makes them crystal clear and smooth sailing on knitting the rest of my heel. Thank you!!

Thank you so much for this video. It has been a great help! But I have one question, if I am knitting in the round and add short rows, when I go to unwrap the stitch that was wrapped from the purl side, the wrap is “backwards”. How do I unwrap this stitch so that I don’t get a hole in my work? Thanks!! 🙂

Hi, I have the same question as Rebecca, if I am knitting in the round knit short rows, when I try to unwrap the stitch that was wrapped from the purl side, the wrap is backwards and its leaving holes in my work. Rebecca ( or anyone else please) did you ever get a solution to this?
    Many thanks

Are you picking up the wrap on the wrong side of the fabric?

Thanks so much – very clear video. I’ve managed very well and it looks good! but I’m not sure how to pick up a purl wrap when I’m doing a knit row? It’s a 12 row section which I’ve done okay, but
row 9 is k to 7 st from end W&T
    row 10 p to 7 sts from end W&T
    row 11 k to end
    row 12 k to end

    I’m knitting on straight needles

I would pick up the wrap as usual on the purl side. If the piece is in stockinette then row 12 should be all purl.
